The head of the Voronezh Customs Service, Gennady Tolochko, took part in the grand opening of a pet food production plant in the Lipetsk special economic zone.

SEZ “Lipetsk” is one of the best special economic zones of industrial and production type in Russia. This result has been achieved largely due to the creation of favorable conditions for business development both on the part of the regional government and the SEZ management company and customs,” – said Gennady Tolochko. – In 2023, residents of the SEZ “Lipetsk” saved more than 1 billion rubles on customs payments due to customs preferences. Also, with the support of the management of the Federal Customs Service of Russia and the Central Customs Service, Customs clearance and control department No. 2 was opened in 2022, which helped to significantly simplify logistics and reduce the time of customs operations for residents.”

Cumulative investment in animal feed production amounted to more than 3 billion rubles with the creation of 150 jobs

During the event, guests also visited the exhibition, where domestic brands of premium-class feeds were presented.
