Vladimir Customs replenished the federal budget by 785 million rubles

as a result of post-control

About 785 million rubles were recovered in the first quarter of 2024 based on the results of customs inspections after the release of goods conducted by Vladimir Customs. These are customs payments, penalties and administrative fines.

“Customs authorities have the right to check declarations, customs and other documents within three years after the release of goods,” explains Olga Bolshakova, deputy head of Vladimir Customs – head of the service of customs control after the release of goods. – The basis for the organization of inspection measures is information about the presence of signs of violations of customs legislation

In the course of inspections 8 cases on administrative offenses under part 3 of article 16.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to provide documents and information required for customs control within the time limit established by the customs authority) were initiated
