The team of Voronezh Customs became one of the best in the Central Customs Directorate according to the results of work in 2023. In the nomination “The best customs team of actual control” it took the honorable second place

The decision took into account various indicators of customs activity. In 2023, Voronezh customs carried out actual customs control of 46,639 consignments of goods, the release of which was carried out by electronic declaration centers. Customs transit was closed in respect of 14,831 consignments, and opened – for 1404 consignments. 1,690 goods declarations were issued. 786 customs searches and inspections were carried out

Based on the results of law enforcement activities, 11 criminal cases and 1593 cases of administrative offenses were initiated. Customs control units transferred more than 2.8 billion rubles to the federal budget after the release of goods.

“This is the result of the work of the entire customs team, thanks to which we managed to achieve good results in all areas of our activities. We will continue to keep a high pace, emphasizing the creation of comfortable conditions for business,” – commented the head of Voronezh customs Gennady Tolochko

This is not the first time that Voronezh Customs has received a high assessment of its activities. Last year it took the first place in the Central Customs Directorate and the second place in the country
