Cars and beer entrepreneurs can no longer be declared on Sakhalin

July 2, 2020, excise and some other goods can be declared only in the Excise specialized customs post of the Central excise customs (the electronic Declaration center).

In the Sakhalin border crossing points this applies to vehicles and self-propelled machines, the Declaration of which was filed in the southern Sakhalin customs post, and the beer, declared in Korsakov.

The innovation concerns only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, for individuals, nothing has changed. The procedure of declaring of excisable goods reglementary the order of the Ministry of Finance from 18.02.2020 No. 27н, which comes into force from July 2, 2020.

Sakhalin customs, like most other customs continues to carry out the functions of the actual control over the movement of goods.

Currently, Sakhalin most of the cars imported by individuals. For 5 months of 2020 individual entrepreneurs 55 filed declarations for the cars on the southern Sakhalin customs post. During the same period, entrepreneurs put in the area of 13.5 thousand liters 800 liters of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer.
