Belgorod customs recommends the use of electronic service of filling in the statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade with the countries of the EAEU
Five months 2020 Belgorod customs was 6 959 statistical forms of the account of movement of goods, of which 4315 the statistical forms filed by the parties in mutual trade with the use of electronic digital signature.
– The quantity of the raised Affairs about administrative offences under article 19.7.13 KoAP of the Russian Federation for violation of the deadline for submission of statistical forms in the current year compared to the same period last year has decreased in 3 times. If last year such cases was 293 in 2020 – a total of 94. These figures indicate an increased level of legal literacy of the parties in mutual trade with the countries-participants of the Eurasian economic Union, – said the head of the Department of customs statistics of the customs Galina Gordienko.
Submit statistical form with electronic signature can be in your account traders the official website of the Federal customs service www.customs.ru. The advantage of applying statistical forms in electronic form is obvious – the possibility of registration and cancellation of the statistical form in the Statute without the participation of the customs authority, with the exception of a paper circulation.
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation statistical form of the account of movement of goods is represented in customs body in the region of the applicant consists on the account in tax authority, not later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which the goods are shipped from the warehouse or receiving items at the warehouse.
Failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms, and the submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information, shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount from 10 000 to 15 000 rubles, and on legal entities – from 20 000 to 50 000 rubles. When re-committing an administrative offense – for officials in the amount from 20,000 to 30,000; on legal entities – from 50 000 to 100 000 rubles.
