Vladimir customs: the year 2020 – a time of new challenges
Vladimir customs summarized the results of activities in 2019 and has identified key objectives for the current year.
The meeting was attended by Chief Federal inspector in the Vladimir region of Plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in TSFO Sergey Mamaev, acting Deputy chief of the Central customs office – the chief of legal services Marianne Malova, acting Deputy head UFNS of Russia across Vladimir region Andrey Terekhov, Vladimir transport Prosecutor Vasily Dobrotin.
For the second year in a row the collective of the Vladimirskiy customs is recognized as the best among domestic customs of the Central customs administration. As noted by the head of customs Pavel Pavlov, a high result was achieved thanks to the professional attitude, work with full return of forces.
For 2019 it was 84 thousand goods declarations, which is 23% more than in 2018. Transferred to the budget of 36 billion rubles – an increase of 33%. Control tasks were performed by 104%.
There are about 12 thousand units of counterfeit products, 13 criminal cases, cases on administrative offences – more than 1,300. Identified, seized and destroyed 18 tons of goods in trade turnover with violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including “sanctions”.
As a result of customs control after release of goods additional payments and penalties, imposed fines in the amount of 230 million rubles. Compared with 2018 the share of collected customs duties increased by 3.5 times. The performance of customs inspections made of 95.45%.
More returns is recorded and is available in automatic mode with the help of software tools. Compared to the year 2018, the number of declarations for goods that have passed the auto-enrollment has increased almost in 2 times. The number of declarations that have passed autobypass, increased 1.4 times.
— In 2020 will be in many respects important, this is a time of new challenges, — said Pavel Pavlov. In the framework of the implementation of the Comprehensive program of development of customs service conducted a large-scale reform of customs administration. Creation of e-customs, e-Declaration, which will focus the entire volume of declarations. In the regions will continue to operate customs and customs posts of actual control. The planned change of status of the Vladimirskiy customs: expand the region of activity of customs posts will only make the customs operations that require direct work with the goods, means of transport, cooperation with warehouses and Authorized customs operators.
The meeting also discussed in detail the problematic issues, ways of addressing collective challenges that require special attention in the coming year.
