The results of the law enforcement activities of the Kaluga customs

According to the results of law enforcement activities of the Kaluga customs for the period from January to may 2020 filed 308 cases of administrative offences (hereinafter – AP).

The largest number of cases of administrative offences are the cases for failure to submit or late submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods, or the presentation of these forms containing false information under article 19.7.13 administrative code – 59 cases, for violation of currency legislation of the Russian Federation and acts of bodies of currency regulation according to article 15.25 of the administrative offences code of the Russian Federation – 22 cases, and also for failure to declare or false Declaration of goods under article 16.2 of the administrative code of 110 cases.

The total amount of penalties imposed for administrative violations made up more than 66 million rubles.

In the intervening period 2020 kusp (the Ledger of crimes committed) Kaluga customs was 20 reports of crimes. By results of their consideration by investigators of customs initiated 2 criminal cases.
