The Pskov customs officers found albums with collections of stamps, coins, banknotes and medals
At the customs post MAPP (multilateral automobile checkpoint) Burachki Pskov customs at the Russian-Latvian border to stop the illegal export from the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU) collections of coins, banknotes, medals and stamps.
As you exit from the customs territory of the EAEU, the driver is presented to the customs authority of shipping documents according to which in the cargo compartment of the vehicle moved item: “General cargo”. The results of the vehicle inspection using the inspection of complex customs officers made the decision on customs clearance of transported goods.
In the result of customs inspection it is established that the vehicle was moving goods, not specified in the shipping documents, total gross weight more than 200 kilograms.
Canisters with an alkaline solution; cylinder cleaners; the device is a wireless communications link; 16 used license plates; 15 albums, 1 case and 8 blisters with 4 091 metal coin of different colors, types, strengths and values; 60 albums with collections of postage stamps of different colors, types, themes, and years of production; 4 album 72 various medals, metal; 2 folders 394 paper money bills of different colors, types, strengths and values, as well as a hardcover book in Russian language “MEIN KAMPF” were confiscated.
Against the carrier filed a criminal case on an administrative offense under part 3 of article 16.1 of the code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation on the basis of a report to the customs body of inaccurate information concerning the name of the product upon departure from the customs territory of the EAEU.
