The Kingisepp customs office: the customs Declaration goes into the electronics

In accordance with the order of the FCS of Russia from December 31, 2019, all customs posts of Severo-the Western region included in the experiment of using a unified automated information system during the performance of customs operations in respect of goods for personal use moved in accompanied, unaccompanied baggage or delivered by carrier in the application information submitted electronically.

A person or his customs representative can advance before the movement of goods across the customs border, to submit the customs Declaration in the system “Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities” on the website of the FCS of Russia. For this physical entity, you need:

to register in “Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities”;

– complete and submit the electronic form of the passenger customs Declaration, then the address of the declarant – natural person will be sent a notice of assignment of a unique identification number;

– to present a unique identification number of the official of the customs authority.

The electronic form of the passenger customs Declaration is also available on the official website of the Federal customs service (customs.ru).
