An individual entrepreneur tried to illegally sell 2,271 electronic nicotine delivery systems at a retail outlet in Tyumen. The devices worth 1.5 million rubles were imported into the territory of the EAEU from the USA, Germany and China without declaration and payment of customs duties
Officers of the Tyumen customs seized the illegal batch of foreign goods, and on this fact initiated a case on administrative offense under article 16.21 (illegal use of goods, their purchase, storage or transportation).
