Murmansk customs from February 1, introduces a new form of the passenger customs Declaration

Decision of the Board Eurasian economic Commission of 23 July 2019 No. 124 “On the customs Declaration of goods for personal use” changes in the form of the passenger customs Declaration, procedure of filling of the passenger customs Declaration and customs operations related to the change (addition) of the information stated in the passenger customs Declaration.

The form of the passenger customs Declaration (PCD) and the procedure for its completion are already available on the official website of FCS of the Russian Federation – http://customs.ru/fiz/elektronnyj-blank-passazhirskoj-tamozhennoj-deklaraczii.

The passenger customs Declaration completed by individuals under 16 years of age, if accompanied and/or unaccompanied baggage of goods subject to mandatory written Declaration, as well as products delivered to the individual by a carrier, or transported in international mail.

Before you travel form of the passenger customs Declaration can be downloaded on the official website of the FCS of Russia (www.customs.ru), print and fill out the form to Lodge with the customs control at the border.

In addition, in accordance with the order of the FCS of Russia from December, 31st, 2019 No. 323-R in all customs bodies of the Russian Federation implemented an experiment on the provision of the passenger customs Declaration in electronic form using the Internet.

Citizens on a par with the paper version unable to submit the customs Declaration in electronic form via the information service “Submission of the passenger customs Declaration” on the official website of the FCS of Russia (www.customs.ru) through a personal account.

Currently, all customs posts of the Murmansk customs installed a special software for receiving and processing the customs Declaration physical persons in the electronic form.
