Saratov customs on the renewal of temporary importation of vehicles

In connection with the current situation related to the adoption of measures aimed at warning and preventing the spread of coronavirus infection, the inability of individuals to exercise their rights and responsibilities, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission by its decision of 29.04.2020 No. 47 is extended for the period of temporary import/export of vehicles for personal use that will expire in the period from 1 March to 30 September 2020 30 September 2020, inclusive.

The Decision applies to legal relations arising from 1 March 2020.

Extension of temporary import/export is carried out without the permission of the customs authority without the customs Declaration.

Extension of temporary import/export does not exempt individuals from compliance with the requirements, conditions and restrictions established by items 2 and 13 of article 264 of the customs code of the Customs Union, as well as from duties on re-exported vehicles for personal use after the period of temporary importation.

From 1 March to 30 September 2020 is suspended within the established terms of import into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union in any way with the exemption from customs duties and taxes, used goods for personal use, auto and motor vehicles, trailers for cars and motor vehicles, which are vehicles for personal use by foreign physical person recognized who moved to permanent residence in a member state of the Eurasian economic Union or recognized as a refugee, forced migrant, in accordance with the laws of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union.
