Saratov customs office filed 259 cases of administrative offenses

In the 1st quarter of 2020 by employees of the Saratov customs filed 259 cases of administrative offenses. By results of their consideration of imposed penalties (in the form of an administrative fine and confiscation) in the amount of 12.2 million rubles.

Through the execution of decisions on Affairs about administrative offences to the Federal budget of the Saratov customs listed 16.5 million rubles from the collection of administrative fines. Transferred to the government goods for the sum of 114 thousand roubles.

According to the results of customs control after release of goods in the budget of the Russian Federation additionally charged amounts of customs payments totaling $ 36.3 million rubles. According to the results of verification activities, including on materials of 2019, collected 62,9 million.

Brought 2 criminal cases against individuals. Of these, 1 criminal case under part 1 of article 173.2 of the criminal code on the fact of provision of the identity document, for inclusion in the Unified state register of legal entities (EGRUL) information about figurehead, and 1 criminal case under part 1 of article 173.1 of the criminal code on the fact of legal entity through frontman and submission to the body carrying out state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, resulting in entering in the unified state register of legal entities information about shell faces.
