Pulkovo customs uses the practice of application of electronic customs declarations
February 1, 2020, entered into force the decision of Board of Eurasian economic Commission dated July 23, 2019 No. 124 “On the customs Declaration of goods for personal use”. This decision approved a new form of the passenger customs Declaration (PCD), as well as the procedure for its completion. It defines rules of filling of the PDD for customs Declaration of goods for personal use in the form of an electronic document
At the customs post of the Airport of Pulkovo practice of filing the passenger customs Declaration in electronic form. Officials of Department of special customs procedures assist passengers in filling out electronic passenger customs Declaration on the web portal of the FCS of Russia.
Information for individuals about the possibility of submitting the PDD in electronic form, and the form and order of its filling are placed in the information zones of the customs post of the Airport of Pulkovo in the halls of “Departure” and “Arrival”.
For the first half of 2020 at the customs post of the Airport of Pulkovo PDD 25 was filed electronically.
