Pskov customs: the results of post-control

The Pskov customs in 2019 hosted 80 of verification activities after the release of goods and the circulation of goods in the territory of the Pskov region.

The results of the revealed violations amounting to more than 241 million rubles transferred to the budget of 106 million rubles, initiated 74 cases of an administrative offense and 4 criminal cases, the seized goods amounting to 8.5 million rubles.

 – From circulation on the domestic market in 2019 seized of “sanctions” products. It is a fruit, meat and dairy products, in the total amount of 874,06 kg. All the “sanctions” the products sold on the domestic market, according to the law, should be destroyed in full. In addition, customs officials in the implementation in outlets repeatedly identified products with signs of counterfeit. In particular, the mobile phone accessories of the trademark “APPLE”; underwear, hosiery products and accessories trademarks “GUCCI”, “CALVIN KLEIN”, “EMPOBIO ARMANI”, a total number of 732 units; 265 packs of tobacco products without excise stamps manufactured in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, as well as tobacco products of unknown origin; 10 fur products with violations of the procedure for labeling control (identification) signs exempt from turnover on the markets and shops of the Pskov region, – said the chief of the customs control after release of goods Nikolai novolodskiy. – This year we will continue to monitor the quality of the feasible region of production and observance of the Russian legislation.
