The Pskov customs stopped the export of cultural property.

According to expert opinion, porcelain set, marked “Triptis”, consisting of coffee pot, sugar bowl, creamer, 13 dessert plates, 8 cups, 10 saucers, created in the years 1949-1960, belongs to the category of cultural values. The service represented by objects of decorative and applied art created over 50 years ago.
In addition, cultural values as objects of decorative and applied art created over 50 years ago, experts recognized: spoon, silver-plated, created in the mid-twentieth century, spoons made of silver alloy with a silver content of more than 84 wt.%, produced in the Russian Empire in the early twentieth century; a spoon from a silver alloy with a silver content of more than 85 wt.% and gold plated with a gold content of more than 2 wt.%, created in the Russian Empire in the early NINETEENTH century; 8 forks with silver coating, made in the first half of the twentieth century; the blade of silver alloy with a silver content of more than 84 wt.%, produced in the Russian Empire in the early twentieth century; a two-pronged fork from silver alloy with a silver content of more than 87,5 wt.%, produced in the Russian Empire in the late XIX – early XX centuries; two knives from silver alloy with a silver content of more than 85 wt.%, created in the late XIX – early XX centuries; the knife from silver alloy with a silver content of more than 87,5 wt.%, created in the late XIX – early XX centuries; the tongs with a silver covering, produced in the mid-twentieth century.
