During the customs control of the train, EN route from Moscow to Chisinau, the inspectors Volodarskogo customs office Bryansk customs have stopped attempt of export of the party peeled pine nuts.

The intruder turned out to be citizens of Moldova. He declared the goods, but no permits for the export did not. The man explained that he was carrying nuts for sale.

In respect of such products a special authorization of export from the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union, – said the Deputy head of the post Marat Shamsiev. – A person may take only one kilogram of cedar nuts in the shell or a pound of shelled nuts.

In relation to a foreign citizen who has violated the order of departure of goods from the customs territory of the EAEU, instituted a case on an administrative offense under article 16.3 of the administrative code (violation of the established prohibitions and restrictions).
