Perm customs took part in the ceremony of laying flowers dedicated to the battle of Stalingrad
2 February in Perm at the memorial “Grieving” in the natural cultural and memorial Park “Egoshikha cemetery” was held the ceremony of laying flowers dedicated to the battle of Stalingrad.
The event was attended by officials of the Perm customs, representatives of the regional administration, the city Council of veterans of war, labour, law enforcement agencies, community organizations, student groups, Patriotic clubs of the city.
The participants honored the memory of victims minute of silence. In honor of the fallen soldiers Anthem of Russia. The ceremony participants and attendees laid flowers at the memorial “Grieving”.

February 2, 2020 marks the 77th anniversary of the defeat by Soviet troops of Nazi troops in the battle of Stalingrad.
Battle of Stalingrad — one of the largest battles in the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945. It began on 17 July 1942 and ended on 2 February 1943. Participated in this battle from both sides at different stages of the fighting, nearly 3 million people. On the objectives, scope and intensity of hostilities, the battle of Stalingrad surpassed all the preceding battles of world history.
