Perm customs on the customs Declaration of goods components

The order of the FCS of Russia from 21 may 2020 No. 195-R changes in the order of the FCS of Russia of July 2, 2019 No. 122-R “About carrying out experiment” in terms of customs declaring of the components of the product imported as a separate product parties in an unassembled or disassembled form, including incomplete or unfinished form.

All decisions on classification of goods moved across the customs border of the Eurasian economic Union in unassembled or disassembled form, including incomplete or unfinished, the import or export of which is assumed different product batches within a specified period of time issued by the FCS of Russia after may 21, 2020, Declaration of specified categories of goods will be carried out in the centers of electronic Declaration (hereinafter CED) under the following conditions:

a) each party components of the product are subject to presentation of a customs post the actual border control, which is in the same region of the customs authority that the EDC;

b) all of the party components of the product are to be presented to the same customs office actual customs control.
