More than 40 million listed the Kemerovo customs in the Federal budget according to the results of customs inspections

In the course of customs control after release of goods in the first half of 2020 Kemerovo customs were transferred to the Federal budget more than 40 million rubles. This is 1.5 times higher than the same period last year. More than 80% of the funds formed at the expense of additional customs duties on the result of customs inspections.

Within six months of the current year the Kemerovo customs 19 customs control. According to their results, filed 16 cases on administrative offences: in part 1 of article 16.20 (Illegal use or disposal of conditionally released goods or arrested goods), part 3 of article 16.12 (a breach of the terms of the customs Declaration or representation of documents and information), paragraph 5 of article 15.25 of the administrative code (Violation of currency legislation).

Also, one criminal case under paragraph “g” of part 2 of article 194 of the criminal code “Evasion of customs payments collected from organizations or natural person committed on an especially large scale”.

“Criminal proceedings were instituted against officials of the coal company intentionally made the wrong classification of the goods in accordance with the codes of FEACN of the cu and in 2018 imported into the territory of the Kemerovo region mining equipment, declaring its parts.
