Khabarovsk customs stops clearance of vehicles and self-propelled machines

July 2, 2020, excise and some other goods can be declared only in the Excise specialized customs post of the Central excise customs (the electronic Declaration center).

The competence of the Khabarovsk customs on customs operations connected with customs declaring of the goods which are subject to passport vehicle (TCP), passport self-propelled machines (PSM), passports of chassis of vehicles (PSTS) terminated from July 2, 2020. The authority to issue title PSTS, PSM saved.

The participants of foreign trade activities in import of this category of goods may file the Declaration of goods in the Centers of electronic Declaration (CED), and if you need PTS, PSM, PSD on paper to the customs authority the actual control.

These changes relate solely to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

For the six months 2020 Khabarovsk custom decorated 12 of goods declarations in respect of vehicles and self-propelled machines. In a free circulation of 16 pieces of equipment – trucks, loaders, tractors, road construction equipment (grader).
