Instead of statistical forms – Declaration: what products made the list?
Tver customs draws the attention of the parties mutual trade, exporting to the Republic of Belarus of goods 27 and 29 groups of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian economic Union (crude oil and petroleum products crude, motor gasoline, diesel fuel and other commodity positions), to the new rules.
So, the goods classified in commodity positions 2706 00 000 0, 2707, 2709 00 – 2715 00 000 0, 2901, 2902, are subject to customs clearance on General grounds under their export from the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus. When exporting other goods classified in 27 and 29 the groups of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian economic Union, customs served the statistical form of the account of movement of goods.
Today, 75% of participants statistical forms of mutual trade of the Tver customs served via electronic signature through a personal account on the website of the Federal customs service. This must be done no later than the eighth working day of the month following the month of shipment or receipt of goods.
– Rules of law apply only to companies participating in the mutual trade with the countries of the Eurasian economic Union, – said the chief state customs inspector of customs statistics of the Tver customs Olga Kuteynikova. In 2020, these companies sent to the office 2942 statistical forms. It can be noted that the business has become more attentive to the procedure of submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods. Including to avoid re-fines the number of fines decreased by approximately 39 %
