In the Sakhalin customs office has new leadership

From 22 June 2020 by order of the FCS of Russia the chief of the Sakhalin customs appointed the General-the major of customs service Andrey Belyaev.

Andrey Stanislavovich Belyaev was born 6 July 1972 in the city of Korenovsk, Krasnodar territory. Graduated from Donetsk higher military school of engineering and signal corps.

The customs authorities since 1993, Has extensive professional experience in the field of customs. Has passed a way from the inspector of the customs post to the chief of customs.

In management since 2003. Worked as Deputy and first Deputy chief in Mineralnye Vody and Volgograd customs, he headed the Stavropol and Rostov customs. From October 2018 – Deputy head of southern customs – the chief of service of Federal customs revenues.

For meritorious service in the customs authorities awarded medals “For diligence”, “For service in customs bodies the” I, II and III level, “Dmitry Bibikov”, badge “excellent customs service”. Has a state award – “Zhukov’s Medal” and the medal “For merits before Fatherland” II degree. Is a veteran of the customs service.
