In the activities of the Yaroslavl customs noted positive dynamics in terms of identifying administrative violations
In the framework of the reform of system of customs bodies of the Russian Federation and creation of electronic customs Yaroslavl customs in 2020 has acquired the status of customs actual control that had a substantial impact on the competence of customs registration and release of goods declarations. Despite changes in the volume of customs Declaration, in the direction of the execution of the administrative legislation of the Yaroslavl customs record increase in the number of registered cases of administrative offenses.
“So, in the framework of the fight against customs offenses for the 6 months 2020 Yaroslavl customs was 399 cases of administrative offenses, which is 8.5 % more than in the same period last year”, – said the chief state customs inspector on public relations of the Yaroslavl customs Phillip Kushnarev.
“The increase in the number of cases of AP due to the identification in 2020 of offences relating to false Declaration of goods under article 16.2 of the Russian Federation from 12 to 57 and article 19.7.13 administrative code – the facts of violation of the terms of the submission to the customs authorities statistical reporting. The number of such cases increased from 225 to 255. In addition, the greatest quantity of the raised Affairs about administrative offences are the cases for violation of currency legislation under article 15.25 of the administrative code. Such cases since the beginning of this year the Yaroslavl customs officers opened 37”, added Phillip Kushnarev, talking about the reasons for the increase and structure of administrative cases.
Among the total number initiated in 2020 cases their greatest number of accounts for legal entities – 65,4 % (261 case). Individuals had a 1.2 % (5 cases), for officials – 17,2% (69 cases); on the persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity was 16 % (64 cases).
The total amount of penalties imposed for administrative violations within the competence of the customs authorities, amounted to 401 million rubles, collected according to the considered cases on administrative offenses of funds in the amount of 1 million 52 thousand roubles.
