Evasion of customs payments is brought to the criminal case

Dodging entrepreneurs from payment of customs payments is brought to the criminal case, which opened the Kursk customs.

The staff of customs control Department checked the Bryansk companies on compliance with the conditions for granting tariff preferences for import of fresh grapes from the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic (PMR).

It turned out that in 2016 – 2017, the company has imported from Transnistria on the territory of Russia several dozen consignments of grapes. Supplier of berries documents were listed Transnistrian firm. According to the law in such cases, the goods required by law exemptions from taxes and duties.

But in the registry of the PMR data on the registration of a company was absent. I.e. information on the customs was moved about. Accordingly, the documents could not be used to confirm the country of origin of goods – PMR. But in the end, the preferences for the goods were given on forged documents. The total amount of unpaid customs duties amounted to more than 7.6 million rubles.
