The contents of the mail shipment – 10 glass ampoules – were sent for examination by customs officers. In the composition of the drugs, experts found the potent substance testosterone, the importation of which into Russia is restricted by law.

This article provides for a penalty of 3 to 7 years’ imprisonment with a fine of up to 1 million rubles or in the amount of the convicted person’s income for a period of up to 5 years”
