At the checkpoint “Upper Lars” staff of the North Ossetian customs detained prohibited for export cargo. According to the Deputy head of the customs post MAPP “Upper Lars” George Tagoeva this product attractive for speculative activities by unscrupulous participants of foreign economic activity.

“Given the current situation with coronavirus infection, the government of the Russian Federation, it was decided to ban the export of certain types of PPE. In view of the circumstances and of the price growth for these funds, attempts of illegal export of these goods from the territory of the Russian Federation with the aim of obtaining a larger profit,” said Agaev.

We will remind, in order to avoid shortage of some medical devices, the decision dated March 2, 2020 No. 223, the Russian Government ordered a ban until June 1, 2020 to take out masks, bandages, cotton wool, cheesecloth, heavy-duty Shoe covers, reusable anti-plague suits, medical gloves, gowns and respiratory equipment.
