Appointed a new head of North-Caucasus customs Department
January 9, 2020, the General-the major of customs service albert Vasilevich Mavlikov headed North-Caucasian customs Department. The new chief of staff of the Ministry was presented by Deputy head of FCS of Russia Strukov Andrey Borisovich.
Albert Vasilevich was born on 22 may 1968 in Kazan, Tatar ASSR. Graduated from the Kamsky Polytechnic Institute, specialty-car and tractor construction (1992), International law Institute at Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation under the program “Organization of customs business” (2006), Volgo-Vyatskaya Academy of state service under the program “Modern approaches to the management of civil service personnel” (2008), Institute of distance learning, retraining and advanced training of Russian customs Academy on the program “Actual problems of theory and practice of customs authorities” (2011), Russian customs Academy on the program of Legal support of counteraction of corruption in the public service of the Russian Federation (2014).
Albert Vasilevich Mavlikov in customs bodies since 1995. The service started as an inspector of Naberezhnye Chelny customs (reorganized in Naberezhnye Chelny customs post). Here passed all stages of the inspector to the head of the Naberezhnye Chelny customs post of Tatarstan customs. From 2008 to 2019 was the head of Tatarstan customs.
During his service in the customs bodies of albert Vasilevich was awarded the badge “excellent customs service”, “Veteran of the customs service”, “For merits in sports development”; “For special merits”, medal “In memory of 1000-anniversary of Kazan”, “For service in customs authorities” III, II, I degree, “For strengthening customs cooperation”, “Dmitry Bibikov”, “For valiant labor”, “For diligence”, the medal “For merits before Republic of Tatarstan”. Has the honorary title “Honoured customs officer of the Russian Federation”.
