Airport customs post Rostov-on-don (Platov): what you need to remember, collecting road kit
Under current law, individuals can bring (take) both registered and unregistered medicines not containing narcotic and psychotropic substances, without the submission to customs authorities of any permits.
Drugs, containing in its composition of poisonous substances, and also psychotropic medications and narcotic character may be imported (exported) by individuals in limited quantities for personal use on medical indications in the presence of supporting medical documents stating the name and quantity of the goods.
Such funds shall be subject to customs Declaration in writing.

Violation of the established procedure for the movement of drugs across the customs border entails criminal liability.
So, in the course of customs control of passengers on international flights, “tel Aviv – Rostov-on-don” officials of the customs post of the Airport of Rostov-on-don (Platov) revealed the citizen of Russia, passing customs control at the “green” corridor, pills in blister packs “Zaldiar Tramadol HCL 37,5 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg” (40 PCs). The passenger customs Declaration is available on the drugs a woman is not filed. Top of the prescriptions from a doctor are not had.
Drugs were seized and sent to forensic laboratory. According to the expert medicinal product contains a substance tramadol.
Tramadol and its salts is included in the “List of potent and toxic substances for the purposes of article 234 and other articles of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation” and also in the List of goods in respect of which the authorization procedure set the import into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union and (or) export from the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union.
Thus, the actions of the citizen of Russia contain signs of a crime under part 1 of article 229.1 of the criminal code (smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors or analogs).
