Against the former custom worker prosecuted
A criminal case was the result of coordinated work of employees of Department on counteraction of corruption of the Bryansk customs (MIC) and staff of UMVD of Russia across the Bryansk region: the activity of one of the officers of the inland customs post attracted the attention of militiamen in October 2019.
A former employee of the post was caught in that for four months took charge from traders for the smooth customs clearance of goods, i.e. for the performance of their official duties.
Only the customs officer is accused of five episodes and getting 171 thousand rubles.
Bryansk investigative Department on transport mmsat the RF IC opened a criminal case against a former employee of the Bryansk customs under paragraph “C” of part 5 of article 290 of the criminal code (obtaining by an official of a bribe in the form of money in the large size).
The pretrial investigation proceeds.
