About filing of applications for inclusion in the register of authorized economic operators

The Dagestani customs shall inform interested persons that on December 16, 2019 FTS of Russia shall accept applications for inclusion in the register of authorized economic operators in the form of electronic documents in test mode. From 1 January 2020, the above statements would be accepted in normal mode.

We will remind, the authorized economic operator in the Customs Union is a specific category of persons enjoying confidence of customs authorities, which have the opportunity to use special simplified procedures. The use of special customs simplifications makes it possible to minimize the financial and time cost of customs procedures and to optimize the logistics chain of goods delivery.

The status of authorized economic has the following advantages:

1) the possibility of temporary storage of foreign goods in the squares (stock) the authorized economic operator without its inclusion in the Register of owners of temporary storage warehouses;

2) no restrictions on places of Declaration of certain categories of goods;

3) the possibility of a periodic customs Declaration;

4) readiness to carry out customs inspection and scheduling clearance of goods;

5) the possibility of concluding between the authorized economic operator and the customs authority of the special agreement, which will be determined by the order of their interaction, rules of information exchange of data, order the transfer of customs seals and other issues.

The above advantages are provided for authorised economic operator, are significant and can greatly facilitate the activities of a certain category of participants of foreign economic activity.
