On measures on combating corruption in the Perm customs in 2019

In the Perm customs annually implements a complex of measures on corruption counteraction.

The number of events held: check the accuracy and completeness of information about income Federal government employees and their close relatives, officials trained on combating corruption, the weekly informing officials about corruption-related crimes in the state government and the responsibility for the committed acts.

The most effective tool for prevention of corruption is the work of the Commission on observance of requirements to office behavior of Federal state employees and settlement of conflict of interests.

At the Commission meetings in the past year addressed issues of notification commercial and non-commercial organizations on the conclusion of an employment contract against 30 former civil servants of the customs. Against 3 officials who served previously in the customs, the Commission decided to agree to the employment in respect of 27 – the decision on compliance with the requirements of article 12 of the Federal law “On combating corruption” No. 273-FZ of employment to another place of work.
