The Tula was arrested for drugs in the parcel, a criminal case

 As a result of joint operative-investigative activities of the Tula customs and the Department for control over drug trafficking of UMVD of Russia across Tula region, was detained Tula 1987 Arrest came when a citizen international mail from China.

The parcel was stamped 11 transparent bags with powder in different colors. At the conclusion of the customs examination, it was synthetic drugs 8 types of a total mass of 253 grams.

Concerning the detainee the staff of the Tula customs opened a criminal case under part 3 of the article 229.1 of the criminal code, “Smuggling of narcotic drugs…”.

Since the beginning of the year in the territory of Tula region law enforcement bodies revealed 7 facts of contraband of narcotic drugs and potent substances in international mail.
