Deputy head of the FCS of Russia Vladimir Ivin February 6, 2020 took part in summing up far Eastern customs administration in 2019, and setting targets for 2020. In the course of the meeting the main results of the work of customs authorities in the region in 2019 was presented by the chief DVTU Yuri Ladygin.
The number of participants of foreign trade activities, foreign trade operations carried out in the region of DVTU in 2019, amounted to $ 15.8 million (in 2018 13.9 thousand). The Federal budget lists 355 billion rubles, which is 34% (91 billion roubles) higher revenues in 2018.
In December, 2019 in automatic mode was more than 90% of export and nearly 61% of import declarations. About 70% of all returns filed by the traders low-risk, released automatically.
The challenge for 2020 is to provide automatic registration of 99% of submitted declarations and automatic release of four of the five declarations submitted by traders to the low level of risk.
Since the beginning of 2019 has a center of electronic Declaration (CED) of the Vladivostok customs staff 179 people.
In 2020, will be established far Eastern electronic customs and subordinate customs post her – far Eastern center of electronic Declaration (CED). Far Eastern electronic customs Declaration will assume an array of “land” customs. The far Eastern customs officers have to ensure the launch of new and reconstruction of checkpoints in the regions of Buryat, Birobidzhan and Blagoveshchensk customs.

In 2019, the foreign trade turnover in the region of DVTU increased compared to 2018 by 13% and amounted to 35 billion dollars. Including the value of exports decreased by 1.5% and amounted to 13.1 billion USD. while imports increased by 24%, reaching 22 billion dollars.
The physical volume of commodity turnover in comparison with 2018 has decreased by 2.8% (to 45.3 million tonnes), including exports decreased by 5.8% and imports increased 17.2 percent.
Cost volume of export by main countries-partners: China 30.5%, the Japan – 26%, the Republic of Korea at 23.2%.
The largest trading partners of the Far East, while imports were: China – 59,6%, Japan 12.6%, and the Republic of Korea to 10.2%.
From 1 July 2019 part DVTU entered the Buryat and Chita customs. In all, the DVTU 12 customs, including the far Eastern operative customs. The region of DVTU – 40% of Russian area (11 subjects of the Russian Federation). The region has 86 crossing points, including 30 sea, air, 11, 10 mixed, 26 car, 7 train, 1 river, 1 foot.
Customs service in the far East are 5447 people. The staffing of the customs authorities in the region is 93.5%.
