Tyumen customs instituted administrative proceedings for the illegal export of bulldozers to Uzbekistan

Tyumen customs officers revealed the violation of the procedure of temporary export of vehicles. In November 2013, the Russian construction company has taken 3 crawler bulldozer SHANTUI brand in Uzbekistan. According to the documents of vehicle production in 2012 was exported for the implementation of the land construction works. In accordance with the legislation of the applicants has annually extended the open Tyumen customs procedure of temporary export goods.
Final pickup date was set at 31 December 2019. At the moment the bulldozers are in Uzbekistan, and the term of the customs procedure violated more than 2 months.
Tyumen customs opened 2 cases on administrative offences under part 3 of article 16.19 KoAP of Russia on the facts is not completed by the declarant within the prescribed period the customs procedure. Failure to perform this duty shall entail a warning or imposition of an administrative fine on legal entities – from fifty thousand to three hundred thousand roubles with confiscation of the goods which are the subjects of the administrative offence, or without that or confiscation of subjects of an administrative offense.
