Tyumen customs officers fight the elements in the waterlogged zone

13 Tyumen customs officers have traveled to flooded areas of the Tyumen Region to contain the onslaught of floodwaters. Acting Head of Tyumen Customs Sergei Nikolaev thanked the volunteers and supported their desire to help the region in the fight against the natural disaster
Equipped with gloves and rubber boots for the first day they collected more than 5 thousand sandbags. Right now, the volunteers are in the Uporovsky district of the Tyumen region, where they are helping residents strengthen a local dam
It’s predicted that the area will soon face big water.
