The participants of foreign economic activity

January 18, 2020, entered into force order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from 18.11.2019 No. 187н “About competence of customs authorities for the Commission of certain customs operations in respect of goods” (Registered in Ministry of justice of Russia 17.12.2019 No. 56844). (published on the Official Internet portal of legal information http://www.pravo.gov.ru – 18.12.2019).

The provisions of this legal act determined the customs authorities competent to perform customs operations related to registration of customs declarations and release of goods from the 27 groups of the FEACN of the cu are defined in separate subheadings commodity groups 25 and 29 FEACN of the cu.

Please note that from 18 January 2020 the submission of customs declarations for goods of these categories, by the customs authorities subordinate to the Central energy customs, including the submission of all customs declarations in accordance with article 102 of the Federal law “On customs regulation in the Russian Federation” dated 03.08.2018 No. 289-FZ.
