The head of the Northwest e-customs appointed Andrey Shapoval

The Colonel of customs service Andrey Shapoval was appointed head of the Northwest e-customs by order of the FCS of Russia of 8 April 2020, No. 866-K. He became the first head of the Northwest e-customs, formed on 8 April 2020.

Andrey Valentinovich was born on 23 June 1978 in the city of Vladivostok of Primorsky Krai. In 2000 graduated from the Russian customs Academy on a speciality economy and management at enterprise.

The customs authorities started in 2000 in the position of customs inspector of the Vladivostok customs of the far Eastern customs administration.

As of October 24, 2019 to the appointment to the post of head of the Northwest e-customs headed the Department of coordination and application of risk management center operational monitoring and risk management service of the organization of customs control North-Western customs administration.
