The customs has simplified the procedure of customs Declaration of licensed goods

The participant of foreign economic activity (FEA) is now not necessary to put control of the customs authority the license of the Ministry of industry and trade of Russia issued in electronic form. The license information will be displayed in the information system of the customs authorities automatically.

In addition, information about execution of the license will also be in electronic form, be submitted to the customs authorities to the authorized body through a system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. This means that licensees will no longer be required to submit to the authorized body the reports on the execution of licenses and certificates on their performance.

The new technology of customs operations in respect of licensed goods approved by order FTS of Russia from 18.12.2019 No. 1907 and applies only to licenses of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, issued in the form of electronic document.

Head of Department of the commodity nomenclature, the origin of goods and trade restrictions Novosibirsk customs Sergey Shurko notes: “For licensable goods include timber, mineral deposits, mineral and medicinal raw materials, precious metals, etc. Previously, in order to declare such goods by presenting a license, the trader will have had to submit to the customs authority the original of the license, put it on the monitor and to report, in which the customs authorities, the goods will be issued”.

To check whether you passed the Ministry of industry and trade of the license information in the information resources of the customs authority, you can use the service “Permits” in the Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities on the website of the FCS of Russia. This will require a code document type and number.
