In Vladimir was held the conference “prospects of development of export of the Vladimir region”, which gathered about one hundred representatives of business. During the meeting they received a presentation on the General trends of foreign trade of the region, recent developments in the field of customs Affairs and support from the regional authorities, the Centre of export support and Trade-industrial chamber of Vladimir region, the trade representative of the Vladimir region in Germany and Turkey.
The chief of the Vladimirskiy customs Pavel Pavlov noted that the interaction between customs and business in recent years has changed dramatically. — Digitization in the field of customs Affairs is gaining momentum, he said. — As part of a major reform of the customs service created the electronic customs, which will focus all the customs Declaration. The development of automatic registration of goods declarations and autobypass, and further – automated control of information and the automatic distribution of declarations between the customs authorities will make dealing with customs as fast as possible. The customs operations that require direct contact with the goods and means of transport, cooperation with warehouses, authorized economic operators, control after release of goods will be assigned to the customs actual control.
The conference participants confirmed that in many cases the Declaration is recorded and produced in record time. So work autoregistration and autobypass of goods declarations.
In his speech Pavel Pavlov highlighted the issues of automatic registration and publication of electronic transit declarations under the re-export or export of goods to Armenia through Georgia, spoke about the possibilities of the service “Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities”, the special simplifications for enterprises that have received the status of Authorised economic operator, reminded the participants about the implementation of mandatory labeling, the need for submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods within the EEC framework, the enforcement of intellectual property rights when moving goods across the customs border of the Eurasian economic Union and the current changes in the customs legislation.
