Tatarstan customs recalls that the Agency operates “a telephone hotline” on which you can report information about a crime in the sphere of customs Affairs (as committed or pending) and information about illegal actions of officials of the customs authority. If you are faced with the manifestations of corruption, red tape, extortion, arbitrariness and abuse of his official position by officials of the Tatarstan customs – call round-the-clock telephone hotline” (843) 291-92-93.

For each accepted message, a thorough inspection, and if it confirms the presence of violations of the law, that appropriate measures are taken and the perpetrators brought to justice. Optional information about the inspection results can be obtained in written or oral form.
