The passengers did not fill out a customs declaration and did not submit it to the customs authority, they did not apply for information on the procedure for moving goods across the customs border of the EAEU. There were no documents for the medicines. According to the explanation of the citizens, they bought the drugs for “themselves and acquaintances”, they could not name the cost, they had no receipts

The given batch of medicines by quantity and nature can not be attributed to goods for personal use, so it is subject to mandatory written declaration. The goods were seized, samples were sent for examination

Cases on administrative offenses under part 1 of article 16.2 of the CAO RF (non-declaration or inaccurate declaration of goods) and article 16.3 of the CAO RF (violation of prohibitions and restrictions) have been instituted. An administrative investigation is underway
