According to the order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia, Lieutenant Colonel of the Customs Service Sergei Yurievich Sabantsev has been appointed head of the Irkutsk Customs from January 17, 2024. He has 22 years of service in the customs authorities

Sergey Sabantsev was born in 1979 in Barnaul, Altai Territory. He has higher technical and legal education, graduated from the Altai State Technical University named after I.I. Polzunov and graduated from the Altai State Technical University named after I.I. Polzunov. He graduated from the Polzunov Altai State Technical University and the Moscow Institute of Management and Law

Sergey started his career in the customs authorities in 2001 as an inspector of the Altai Customs, since 2017 he held the position of First Deputy Head of the Altai Customs, the last 2 years he served in the Irkutsk Customs as First Deputy Head of the Customs
