Since July 24, 2020 changes the order of granting of the statistical forms of the account of movement of goods

Smolensk customs reports that from July 24, 2020 shall enter into force the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 19.06.2020
No. 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015 №1329” (hereinafter the Resolution).

The decree introduces significant changes compared to current rules.

Now, the reception of the statistical forms of the account of movement of goods will be carried out only in the form of an electronic document signed with an enhanced qualified signature. The deadline for forms of accounting increases to ten working days of the month following the reporting one.

In addition, the duty to submit the statistical forms of the account of movement of goods occurs from all participants in the mutual trade, regardless of whether the customs Declaration of goods or not. That is, the statistical form of the account of movement of goods provided, including, in respect of goods for which Declaration is submitted, the country of destination are member countries of the EAEU.

“For failure to submit or the untimely submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods or the application to them of false information, article 19.7.13 administrative code provides for administrative responsibility,” – said the head of the Department of customs statistics of the Smolensk customs Vladimir Konchokin.

Smolensk customs urged members of the mutual trade between the Russian Federation and member States of the Eurasian economic Union to carefully review the new requirements of the law.
