Pulkovo customs: mode of operation of the Pulkovo customs post will change

Pulkovo customs notify of change of the operating mode of customs clearance Department and customs control № 1 of the Pulkovo customs office from 1 April 2020.

Customs operations relating to the filing, registration and revocation of customs Declaration, release of goods and the change (addition) of the information stated in the customs Declaration, with the exception of placing goods under the customs procedure of customs transit, will be to Pulkovo customs post Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 21:00, Friday from 9:00 to 20:00, Saturday and Sunday – days off.

However, the participants of foreign economic activity has the possibility of submitting customs declarations for customs posts – the centers of electronic Declaration (CED) daily excluding weekends.

In accordance with the Complex program of development of the FCS of Russia, the planned transformation of Pulkovo customs at the customs office of actual control, therefore the functionality of the Pulkovo customs will be focused on the actual control, and competence of the Pulkovo customs office of registration of customs declarations will be limited.

In terms of the gradual concentration of the array Declaration at customs centers of electronic Declaration (CED), the foreign economic activity participants now have the opportunity to actively serve the customs Declaration at the customs posts – centers of electronic Declaration, with a daily schedule.
