Pskovskaya tamozhnya: Labrador Retriever Phil went on a “hunt”

At the customs post MAPP (multilateral automobile checkpoint) Burachki Pskov customs at the Russian-Latvian border customs officials and Border Department of the FSB of Russia in the Pskov region stopped two attempts of illegal movement of cigarettes hidden from customs control.
