Privolzhsky customs office informs: entered into force a Government decree about the order of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the EAEU

July 24, 2020, entered into force the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015 № 1329”, prepared with the aim of streamlining the legislation concerning the rules of statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with member States of the EAEC, the simplification of the procedure of submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods, the introduction of digital technologies and reduce the administrative burden on traders.

It provides the following improvements:

 the transition to a fully electronic document management (with the exception of paper submission forms statistical forms);

 increase of the period of submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods (up to ten working days of the month following the reporting month);

 simplification of the procedure for presentation of statistical reporting for the traders that move goods to individuals through e-Commerce (in terms of filling column 2 “Buyer”);

 participant of foreign economic activity, submitting the statistical form with incorrect information, not subject to administrative responsibility subject to the submission to the customs authority of the new statistical forms containing accurate information, instead of erroneous 10-day period from the date of discovery of submission of false information;

 the submission of statistical forms is possible only by the applicant.
