Perm custom: changing the form and order of filling in passenger customs Declaration

From February 2020, changing the form and order of filling in passenger customs Declaration (PCD) for goods for personal use.

New rules approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic Union. To submit the customs Declaration can now be in electronic form.

To prepopulate the electronic driver using the service “Submission of the passenger customs Declaration” on the official website of the Federal customs service through the “Personal Cabinet”. The presence of an electronic signature is not required. After registration, the declarant PTD – physical person is given a bar code and unique identification number (UIN). This number must be reported in the checkpoint through the customs border inspector of the customs authority. If UIN PTD is not brought within 30 calendar days from the date of its formation, the information in respect of which the UIN is formed from the information system of customs authorities are excluded.

The need to declare only goods transported exceeding the weight and cost norms or restricted movement. So, for air transport in these categories include goods for personal use weighing more than 50 kg and worth over €10 thousand; cash exceeding the equivalent of 10 thousand U.S. dollars.
