On the website of the southern customs Directorate in the section “Activities” overview of court practice on cases related to the adjustment of customs value, classification of goods in accordance with FEACN, refund of customs duties and the attraction of persons to administrative responsibility.
One of the most important functions of the customs bodies of the Russian Federation is assistance to development of foreign trade in conjunction with the observance of the economic interests of the state. However, carrying out its priority tasks, including replenishing of the Federal budget, customs agencies are often faced with the disagreement of participants of foreign economic activities with decisions and actions in the field of customs.
The law reviews are published on the website of the Department on a quarterly basis.
