Non-observance of rules of presentation of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods leading to financial losses
Smolensk customs for the first quarter of 2020 for failure to submit, late submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in mutual trade of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union, the instruction in them false information opened 372 cases about the administrative offences provided by article 19.7.13 administrative code, imposed penalties for the sum more than 1,3 million rubles.
– Compared to the same period last year growth of violations was 21%, – noted the chief of Department of customs statistics of the Smolensk customs Vladimir Konchokin. – Nine organizations have committed a violation again. And if on the first offense, the penalty under this article is 10 to 15 thousand rubles for officials and from 20 to 50 thousand rubles for legal persons, in case of repeated violation it is doubled.
Smolensk customs reminds that statfarm is submitted to the customs authority not later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which the shipment (receipt) of goods. However, the March 2020 the period is counted from the first of April, and since the end of the holidays declared by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 2 April 2020 № 239 “On measures on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population on the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19)”.
To avoid problems with the provision to customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods largely allows provision in electronic form using digital signature.
